New Moon

I finished "New Moon" today!!! I started last night! I got frustrated when Edward left I wasn't sure I'd like the book if he wasn't part of it - but knew he had to come back because the story is about vampires. When Bella become friends with Jacob I knew this was trouble with a capital T . The ending of the book proves it. The movie come out in 2010 hopefully the producers will give it more justice than "Twilight" but it was still good. Next is "Eclipse"..

Sacramento

So, On December 2nd I went to Sacramento California.
The day before I was washing my cloths and also washed my phone - grrrr.
I had to have my "I'm an idiot moment" right before I go on vacation right!..
My Mom and I had a night flight to CA. Before we left mom had a lady with a KSL jacket do a fake interview with me about going to the concert. What a psych!
When we we arrived to Sacramento Airport it had these cool luggage stacked up to the ceiling. It was pretty cool.

What wasn't too cool was we didn't have a way to get to the hotel. So, My mom hired a shuttle to the hotel which took longer than the plane ride to get there. It was really foggy outside to see anything, then finally we got to the Travelodge. At first we were given a really bad room soo they relocated us - which was better. Then on TV we watched the Jazz game against Kings with of course the Jazz won. We had a Pizza too..

The next day my Mom got a Car rental with a navigator that beeps if you go the wrong way and if you do something right it will ding for you - heheh...
Concert time!!! We got there on time and the seats were awesome-front row on the side - sweet!!! Concert started with Shantel but her DJ keep saying "lets make some noise" which was annoying. In Utah you don't have to tell people to get loud we just do. Then the next group "Boys Like Girls" kept dropping the "F" bomb alot. They also smashed their instruments at the end. The the radio host came out saying "bad drums"--it was funny.. Then OMGOSH DA comes out singing "Touch My Hands" his set of 5 songs went bye way way too fast, but I enjoyed it. Then Katy Perry comes out in a festive outfit. She had her band wearing elf hats (cute). Then Jesse McCarney comes flying out with his smooth dance moves. I had a blast!

The next day I took my Mom to In-N-Out - it was her first time going there and it was really good!!! Then we went to the airport, this time on the flight I had the window seat on the return trip. I enjoyed the view.. Well there you go! My trip to Sacramento...

Twilight

So, I read the first book of Twilight in three days. I finished it yesterday and it's amazing. I love how it ended. I cant wait to watch the movie now and read the next two books.
For one thing -- Why can't Edward read Bella's thoughts? Tooo much anticipation!!!!

Football finally makes sense! A guy took his blonde girl friend to her first football game. They had great seats right behind their team’s bench. After the game, he asked her how she liked the experience.“Oh, I really liked it,” she replied,” especially the cute guys with all the big muscles; but I just couldn’t understand why they were killing each other over 25 cents. ”Dumbfounded, her date asked, “What do you mean? “Well, I saw them flip a coin and one team got it and then for the rest of the game, all they kept screaming was: ‘Get the quarterback! Get the quarterback!’ Helloooo? It’s only 25 cents!”

Album Release Party!!!!

Story Time - On Friday I found out all Wal-Mart's in Utah were having a David Archuleta album release party!!!! So - of course I got to go I live in Utah - duh!!
After work on Monday I wanted to locate the Sandy Walmart where Fox 13 would be Live. But the google map had us go on a major round about detour....When it was time I stayed from 8 - Midnight for the four hours to get my copy of
David Archuleta self titled CD. It was my first time ever doing something like that.. It was fun I met some ODD people who were just like me and have "Crush" as their ringtone -LOL!!!:D
It's a really good CD - You should really check it out!!!

ReAL Salt Lake

Today I went to my first ReAL soccer game at the new stadium built this year. My Brother Travis took me. I had a great time we were on the side of the keepers box - the ReAL had the ball like the whole game but they didn't score until the last two minute of the game.
What a rush!!! I had a BLAST!!!!!

And since we are talking politics, can you believe that the subject of David Archuleta came up during a presidential debate? (Well, it makes perfect sense to me, but the political pundits may have been surprised.)


Then to the surprise of this reporter and of everyone sitting in the audience John McCain rose from his chair and got five inches away from Barack Obama's face and said "It seems you left your ipod in the ready room when we were waiting". McCain held up Obama's ipod and said "Is it true you have David Archuleta's Crush on your ipod's most played list, Mr. Obama, and in front of millions of viewers do you deny it, do you"?

Suddenly in front of millions and millions of TV viewers Barack Obama's eyes widen with uncertainty. He started to sweat, stutter, and shake and with lips quivering, Obama suddenly blurted out "Yes! Yes! It is true! I love Crush! I have no shame. Yes, my daughters turned me on to Crush and now I am hooked. Sure Archuleta came in second to David Cook on American Idol, but I-I-I just can't stop listening to it! It's like crack...I mean, I have it on repeat. You just have to listen to the lyrics...just listen to the words. The song just speaks to me. Have you seen the video...have you!?

I went to the Meet and greet - I felt like a 14 yr old! I meet both David's, Brooke, Carly, Jason, Rami and Kristie Lee. I got pictures and autographs and very burnt face.
I also attended both concerts in Utah and I had a BLAST!!!!!
