School's out for Summer!

This school year has been very busy with 5 students.
I've enjoyed watching them progress in their academics and in confidence.

I thought it was was funny when I was going through the black book and it said he had MD and I was like whoa his only 5 yrs old and has a Masters Degree.
In Special Ed it stands for Multi Disabilities.

One of my students that I've had for two years will be dearly missed - everyday she would tell me she loved herself and that I need to love myself too. I think she's would be a good motivational speaker - she'll make you feel good in 2 seconds.

And another student would corner all the girls in the hall way with his walker until he got a hug, knuckles or a wave - what a player.

There's also the random singing and this little girl is always on pitch it's pretty amazing.

But I will NOT miss the the tantrums one bit

We've been on multiple field trips which were fun adventures and here is some of them --

May 9th

Ok - I want to tell you about my my day!
First thing first today is David's Day - One year ago he was in the top three finalist on AI - I attended this!!!:D

I bought AI tickets and got front row on the lower level - who gets that? Last week Adam and Allison's duet to "Slow Ride" was amazing!!

Went on ride with Mom and she showed me houses I didn't think anything of it - just something my mom likes to do - then like the third house she asked if I liked it - I was like yeah - and she's like Good because it's ours - I was totally shocked. My cheeks hurts from smiling sooo much!!!

I like May 9th

Defying Gravity

My One Short Day in the Emerald City on April 9th 2009
I can't believe "Wicked" was in SLC UT and I went with my Mom.
It is one of the best musicals ever and the songs were delightful.
I love the whole story it's based off of "The Wizard of Oz"
The Wicked Witch of the West - Alphaba. It's truly amazing.

My second time watching "Wicked"

I took my Mama Chicken to her first real Broadway Musical - She loved it!

Inside Capital Theater - I love the chandeliers and Wicked banners

Cool Pic of the Capital Theater

Jollity

Got a 1/2 inch trim for my hair - Pretty!!!

Then went to the party store and there was a cut out of Edward and just had to get a picture with him. I decided his my Valentine Vampire - . LOL :D

Watched "He's Just NOT That Into You"
It was a funny in parts.
My three favorite scenes were ---

Drew Barrymore - Getting dumped in seven different technology's is exhausting.

Two ladies on a park bench - talking about the excuses guys use to get out of the relationship. like - I don't want to get in the way - or it's not you it's me --
The ladies stated that when hear these lines - that's when you got to the store and buy some ribs and ice cream because you've just been dumped.

The proposal - That was just cleaver..

Morale of the story - sometimes when you put yourself "out there" you can be the exception to the rule.

Went to Discovery Gateway with my student - and we did "The News".
It cracked them up at my total randomness when I was trying to remember the
"Water Travels In A Cycle" song.
Good times!!!:D
